1. When the equipment is lifted, it is absolutely forbidden to directly lift the cable or use the cable to lift other heavy objects.

2. The end of the cable must not be immersed in liquid.

3. The shells of all equipment should be grounded reliably to prevent electric shock accidents.

4. The inner diameter of the outlet pipe should meet the specified requirements (in principle, it should not be smaller than the outlet diameter of the pump).

5. The submersible sewage pump cannot be placed at the sewage inlet. When the water pump is placed on the muddy ground or floating sand, the water pump will sag due to vibration. In this case, it is recommended to place the water pump on a larger base plate.

6. For pumps used in sewage, mud, debris, etc. will accumulate around the casing, which will reduce the speed of heat transfer, increase the temperature inside the motor, shorten the service life of the stator or cause unprovoked tripping, so pumping at the sewage level After the suction is at the lowest level, please remove the sundries (once a year). If necessary, disassemble the cooling jacket fixing plate and clean the sundries in the cooling jacket and the circulating water pipe.

7. When the temperature drops below 0°C, if the water pump is still running normally, it can continue to be used; otherwise, it should be lifted and placed in a ventilated and dry place, and attention should be paid to preventing freezing.

Maintenance and maintenance of pumps

In order to ensure the normal use and life of the submersible sewage pump, regular inspection and maintenance should be carried out:

1. Replace the sealing ring: After long-term use in the sewage medium, the gap between the impeller and the sealing ring may increase, resulting in a decrease in the flow rate and efficiency of the pump. The switch should be turned off, the pump should be hoisted, the bottom cover should be removed, and the The sealing ring is equipped with a sealing ring according to the actual size of the impeller mouth ring, and the gap is generally about 0.5mm.

2. When the submersible sewage pump is not used for a long time, it should be cleaned and hoisted and placed in a ventilated and dry place, and pay attention to preventing freezing. If placed in water, run at least 30min every 15 days (no dry grinding) to check its function and adaptability.

3. Check the cable at least once a year, if it is damaged, please replace it.

4. Check the motor insulation and fastening screws at least once a year. If the motor insulation drops, please contact the after-sales service department of our company. If the fastening screws are loose, please re-tighten them.

5. The submersible sewage pump has been injected with an appropriate amount of oil before leaving the factory to lubricate the mechanical seal. The oil should be checked once a year. If you find that there is water in the oil, you should drain it, replace the oil, replace the gasket, and tighten the screw plug. After three weeks, it must be re-inspected. If the oil is emulsified again, the mechanical seal should be inspected and replaced if necessary (contact the after-sales service department of our company).
Note: The oil is 32# mechanical oil.

6. After the operation of the submersible sewage pump fails, please follow the troubleshooting methods given. If it still cannot be solved and the cause cannot be determined, do not dismantle it without permission, and immediately contact the after-sales service department of the company.
